+play cant subscribe

Same issues as others..i'm logged into my Fios account and i see offers. i can get to the purchase page where i enter my billing info but then when i scroll down the box for 'i have read and agree to the condition' is greyed out and i can't click to continue... i've spoken to a lot of different representatives and no one is able to help.
