I purchased the "Buy Peacock, get Netflix. On Us." deal through my Fios account. This is the link I purchased it through: https://www.verizon.com/plusplay/pdp/buy-peacock-get-netflix The offer is available to "All Verizon customers with postpaid mobile, Verizon Home Internet and/or Fios TV service accounts are eligible for this offer unless you have already purchased Peacock or Netflix through +play." I was able to activate my Peacock account but am unable to activate the Netflix account. The Netflix subscription states "Pending - We are processing your subscription. Please refresh or check back again to activate." It has been over a day so I am just trying to check in when I can expect access to this. I have spent hours with the chat trying to get them to help activate Netflix, but they all don't believe me that it shows on my account, they say the deal doesn't exist, etc. It has been the least helpful 4+ hours.
