I was able to successfully redeem multiple welcome bonuses, however, there is a $200 gift card that has a status saying “on hold due to past due balance” however, I do not show any past due balances and this did not stop receipt of two other gift cards. I also chatted with someone and they said it should be fixed withing 2 days that was a week ago. This needs to be fixed asap to many people have this issue.
