I tried to redeemed multiple welcome bonuses ($200 Verizon gift card, $200 Amazon gift card, and $50 Amazon gift card). However, each of them is marked as “on hold due to past due balance,” even though I do not have any outstanding balances. This issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible, as it is affecting many people.
