I have had both Verizon Wireless and Verizon Fios in the past where the ID.me discount was applied to a joint account. Now that I have only Fios, the ID.me discount for veterans is not working. My status has not changed of course, one cannot STOP being a veteran, but my service contribution is no longer being acknowledged by Verizon. I have tried to use phone tech support, with no resolution. I am interested in upgrading my service, but find it difficult to justify an upgrade given the failure to honor a corporate discount policy. How may I have this issue escalated?
