DVR begins with Fios programming one hour old on power up.

When we turn our DVR setbox on, the last channel we were watching begins broadcasting hour-old programming. It is extremely annoying and hard to get to the live broadcast. I had to replace this DVR once already after getting the newest boxes and voice remotes in my house and having serious problems. I am a frustrated customer ready to cut the cord!

As long as you do NOT have the new stream boxes go here and try the fix:

Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix FiOS TV Issues

If that doesn't work try this:

Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Self Diagnostics

You could also try this:

Main Menu > DVR > Configure & Upgrade>Refresh Device

Very, VERY negative responses regarding the 'new' dvr set top boxes...
