I was told that Golf Channel is included on my sports package, by 2 different agents and now another one just told me it isn't available in my area. Washington, DC! Makes NO SENSE whatsoever. Like you, when we move, Fios will be my not even be on my radar for my next service provider. Their customer service makes Xfinity look like the Rolls Royce of customer service. I really hope that this forum gets read by the powers that be.
