Tried to watch the capitals game and monumental sports Washington showed up like I wasn’t subscribed to it. It’s really the only reason I still have fios. So I called customer service and they said as of March 4, 2024 Verizon no longer carries Monumental Sports Washington in ANY of their TV packages. No notification email from Verizon about it. Just… gone. How is Verizon not going to carry caps games anymore? Verizon is one of the Capitals sponsors! Is this an ongoing negotiation issue with Verizon vs. Monumental and is there hope I’ll be able to watch the games again or should I just go ahead and cancel fios and go with Comcast ? I’m not in a contract and can drop with no penalty.
