NBC channel is in Spanish for the eagles game. Commercials are English! I try settings. System. Language. Img English but it won’t stay. Can anyone help
That sounds like the SAP was enabled either on the TV or your set-top box (I'm assuming you have Fios TV). Using a search engine for "turn off SAP [device]" or "turn off SAP on Verizon Fios" will give you instructions for how to disable it.
