Set top box

I’ve been a tv customer for 8 years and had the original set top box until 2-3 months ago when they replaced it 2 times after tv freezing constantly. After much frustration and 2 old set top boxes they  finally replaced it with supposedly an upgraded one.  They do NOT install these for free even though I am renting this equipment. It came with a bunch of parts (splitter?). To hook up. Oh. I  do pay monthly for inside wire maintenance. I am not familiar with any of these parts and the instructions are in Greek. Why doesn’t Verizon take care of their own equipment ?  This equipment is RENTED every month. I am 77 years old and not a Verizon tech. You might want to seriously consider getting involved with Verizon.   The bills go up every month and you get nothing for it.  Oh, they charge a $7.xx tax for their sports stations. You can get an app for that price and not have to pay for sports channels..
