Trying to Remove Disney + Premium no ads Service

I tried to sign up for the Disney bundle for $10 per month and somehow ended up with Disney + No ads for $15.99 per month. I am unable to remove it and now the $10 offer is no longer there. Verizon instructions don;t work. It seems intentionally misleading. I've been trying for 2 hours and it is exasperating to say the least. I'm ready to change my TV, internet and phone service back to optimum.
