Has anybody else had their FIOS TV bill increase even though there is supposedly a 3 year price lock? I was told that because I had an older plan it did not apply to me.
If you were FIOS TV, would you really want to anger, a happy, long term customer, with a plan that fulfills their needs, and has never made a late payment?

Call the retention department and tell them you are not happy. They seem pretty good about making long term customers happy.
