ABC On Demand Not Working

While trying to watch The Rookie Season 5 Ep 22, show returns black screen after commercials  and the last 10 minutes of the show are lost when we pause and restart the program. Same issue occurs on Season 6 Ep 1.  CBS and NBC seem to be fine. We have been through every troubleshooting guide and checked all wiring.  Clearly a network or Verizon issue.

Does this happen on a TV using a Fios box or on a device using the Fios TV app?

It happens on all TVs in the house, one on the primary box and others on satellite boxes.

Could be a transmission problem as you guessed, or a bad tuner module in the VMS box. If you have any neighbors with Fios can yo see if they are affected too? If so, then it is definitely a transmission problem. If not, then most likely a bad tuner in the VMS box and will need to be replaced.

Now we are finding that other programs on ABC work fine. Will try to find what happens at the end of that episode and try the next season—it may be just this one show now.

It happens on all of our tvs in the house using a box and for multiple programs and episodes

Is the problem only when watching ABC or does it affect other networks?
