I have the ACC network.    I try to access ACCNX via my ESPN+ app.   It says the network isn’t part of my subscription.   ESPN tells me that I should be getting this through my cable provider.     I’ve been back and forth for 2 years.  ESPN blames FIOS and FIOS blames ESPN.      The problem is with Verizon FIOS and they refuse to address it.    I pay a ton of $ every month and get zero support

 

i look on these message boards and I see lots of people making the same complaint and I don’t see Verizon doing a thing about it

I  really believe this is an ESPN issue. I see a LOT of posts from Xfinity and AT&T users with exactly the same problem. You can view ACC games on the network via your box, but using the ESPN app is spotty at best from what I see on the web.  I can see it all the time on my box.
