Not an option from ANYONE as the loudness is controlled by the content provider, not Verizon.
Thanks, I also checked with the Best Buy Store and they said there wasn;t anything to solve the problem.

Actually you COULD try going here and setting it to heavy:
Main Menu > Settings > Audio & Video > Audio>Dynamic Range
Or here and set it to Disable:
Main Menu > Settings > Audio & Video > Audio>Audio Passthrough
