CNBC Channel 602

Question

I often have problems with channel 602.  Either the picture is poor quality or it shows as not available.  I  have to uplug/reboot the main set-top box several times to get the channel back.  This is the only channel I have problems with and it has been an issue for years.  I recently upgraded my boxes, yet the problem with channel 602 - CNBC persists. Why?

Its not cliche....Tighten all connections.  That's what worked for me for 602 and several other channels.  For some reason loose connections interfere with the signal to these FIOS boxes and causes that problem.  Why the screen would say Channel Not Available has always baffled me.

Along with the suggestion to tighten the connections, which would be better to unhook and redo them, you could have a bad splitter that isn't passing that frequency well anymore. So f\do the connections first, then try replacing any splitters you have with MoCa 2.0 certified ones.
