Cbs and Fox sports

Question

Up until a month ago, I could stream CBS and Fox sports on my smart TV, Firestick and the computer by entering my credentials.  Now, once I enter my credentials on CBS,  it says , upgrade to extreme HD TV, the package isn't offered to me and Fox sports says , getba Fios tv package which I definitely have. I talked to 4 techs and all 4 gave a different answer and not 1 could fix it. This is really frustrating.

Call the billing department and get your account reauthorized. If you sign up for the service there should be no problem.
