Fox channel 618 and Newsmax channel 616 have lines going through them. The Fox channel is barely audible. All other channels are working clearly. Checked other tVs in the house and the same channels are impacted. Spent 40 minutes on my phone with Fios tech support but kept getting passed from one tech to another-no fix.
Anyone else having this problem?

Check with other people in the area and see if it is a local problem.

Dust on the fiber end connections. There are several points of connection where this can occur. It takes a dedicated tech in the central office to start the troubleshooting process using a fiber scope to clean these connections. Creating a trouble ticket is the only way to get this resolved. It cold take more than one.
I currently have two channels with pixelation of which I tried going through customer service but their process would not allow you to create a ticket without going through the mind numbing and time wasting effort of rebooting your STB's on each and every t.v. and powercycling the ONT. I am with Frontier in Florida what used to be Verizon's property. I'm hoping they are able to buy it back and make things right again. Good luck!

Yeah same problem and I called them they said it was my box. Well 3 Months later and for some reason my new box never came. Clearly it’s being done on purpose

On purpose? Why would Verizon mess with YOUR signal when you pay them for the service. They WANT your money.
