DVR PLAYBACK ON IPAD

We got a new router over 6 months ago. Ever since then we cannot watch any dvr recordings on any mobile device. We can see all the recordings on the app. Everything on the app works fine other than this. The mobile devices are paired with the TV. WE HAVE DONE ALL THE TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS MANY TIMES! Any new insights?

Try calling billing and have them re-authorize your account.
