Hello, i have been trying to get in touch with Verizon for several weeks. No call back or anythi g. My Fios Mini boxes keep disconnecting and then i have to click Restart Fios Mini and wait 5-10 mins everyime. I am very unhappy and have a log of all outages which i want reimburseme t for so please advize how i file claim.
Also if Verizon does not lower my bill and lrovide hardwire gura teed servuce i will be forced to go tk other provider.
Please call me between 9am - 3P. EST on Fri 11/1 so we can get resolved and set up technician to come to my house
