FF and FR Issue since Dave upgrade

We have 2 DVRs, when trying to watch recorded shows on the downstairs DVR  upstairs, the ff/fr skips about 1-2 minutes before it stops once you’ve hit play.
I’ve set the skip to 10 seconds and this continues to occur.  Can someone help me …PLEASE!!

Try unplugging power for both DVRs for at least 3 minutes. Plug the main box back in first, let it stabilize, then plug in the secondary box. Once it stabilizes go here and run the diagnostics:

Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix FiOS TV Issues
