I have the new system and remote and on the off chance anyone at Verizon is actually reading, a few user comments:
-Why doesn't the system auto-tune to shows where a Reminder has been set? There have been multiple times where I miss a chunk of a show because I wasn't sitting and looking at the tv when the reminder popped. The old system did this.
-The location of the Last vs. Back buttons is very annoying.
-No sleep timer built in to this system?
Finally, while I eventually figured it out, using the Filter to set the Guide to only show subscribed channels didn't work. I had to go in to the Remote settings.
