After spending over 3 hours on the phone with 2 very nice ladies from Verizon, one of them came to the conclusion that FIOS WIFI was offered in my area but that was all, no TV and no Phone. We even had some Verizon sales people come buy with the great news that FIOS service was finally available on our street! They failed to mention that it was only WIFI. How can that be? It all comes through the same system. What a waste of my time and Verizon's time. What good is offering only part of the service, when I would have had to cancel all my service with Comcast! Can somebody from Verizon please explain?
