It happens a few weeks ago and I got no help from support basically it wasted my time with questions and questions.
The problem went away but started again today router (g3100) keeps getting disconnected therefore all TVs and internet loose connections.
Losing connection happens often since the setup boxes and dvr equipment were replaced.
This morning it happens almost every hour. The router reboots by itself but it is annoying that we have no service for about 15-20 minutes every hour.

Sounds like either a bad power supply for the router or a bad router. Do yo notice any power interruptions to the router? If not check ALL wiring going to the router, power, ethernet and coax. Also check the connections at the ONT and make sure they are secure and the power connection for the ONT is secure. If none of that helps, get tech out there to go over everything again. They may have loosened a connection somewhere.

Thanks for your suggestions. I tested by recording a movie and a couple of times the router got disconnected. This did not affect the recording (the entire movie taped) so the issue was not from the ONT to the DVR. I checked connections and cables and I replaced the coax from DVR to router and I haven't had the issue in the last hours. I'll see in the next days if the problem reappears.
Thanks gain!!!

Hi, it happened again but just twice but due to a death in the family I did not watch much tv the last few days. What I noticed a couple of days is that the DVR boxes have the green light blinking all the time. I did restart both boxes (unplug and plug) and also made sure the coax cable from ONT to DVR is properly connected. I posted a new message for that because they were not exactly the same problem, but they may be related.

After almost two days of green light blinking it stopped this morning. We shall see if it stays like that. Thanks

Green blinking lights mean a Firmware update is in progress. They can take quite a while to complete some times. If you have more issues, call support and have them push the updates to you again.
