I just got the new fios tv+ stream tv to replace my old set top box. I gotwvwrything connected. Paired my remote. Connected to my wifi. But it wont activate. Keeps giving me error code 400. I have my own Google nest hub router, not a verizon router. What do I need to do to get this to work?

You need a Verizon router to authorize the new boxes.

Hi @soccastar001,
Check your router's LAN IP and DHCP address pool are set to. Refer to the Google Home app https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7571856?hl=en
If it's different, try doing this -
- Router LAN Address: 192.168.1.1
- DHCP Address Pool: 192.168.1.100-192.168.1.150
The router should automatically reboot and then next reboot the stream box. You may have to factory reset the box.
