Having problems with Fios TV, vms error every 3 days

Installed in November, stream tv - didn't want that wanted coax install. Asked for coax install they sent me more stream boxes. Stream boxes get error at least every 3 days VMS is not available. Reboot VMS, reboot TV, disconnect internet, reconnect internet. 10 min process and not to mention been through 10 customer service reps who cant get my mobile + home discount. Its time to go to optimum and I dont even like them. Move phones to TMobile call it a day. Ridiculous, over 500 a month between tv and phone for awful service. Anyone else?

Yes. The same thing is happening to me and I've only had it for three days. Not only do i have to reboot each morning, I also have to do it multiple times throughout the day. I want my coax boxes back. Looks like I need to go back to Xfinity after being with Verizon for about 10 years. It's so frustrating. I just want it to work the way it's supposed to.

I know there was an issue when the VMS boxes were too close to the router. Don't know if that has been fixed, but you may want to try moving the VMS farther from the router than it currently is.
