Having problems with Fios TV, vms error every 3 days

Installed in November, stream tv - didn't want that wanted coax install. Asked for coax install they sent me more stream boxes. Stream boxes get error at least every 3 days VMS is not available. Reboot VMS, reboot TV, disconnect internet, reconnect internet. 10 min process and not to mention been through 10 customer service reps who cant get my mobile + home discount. Its time to go to optimum and I dont even like them. Move phones to TMobile call it a day. Ridiculous, over 500 a month between tv and phone for awful service. Anyone else?
