changed Fios boxes, new wire replacement, TV's in other rooms on same line work fine, all inputs like Fire stick work fine, replacement TV from other bedroom has same problem, thought it was interference from garage below, so I disconnected /unplugged ceiling lights, garage door battery openers, and the refrigerator below.
