Just came over from xfinity how do I get the tech to come back and put me back on xfinity
TV - watching a baseball game and stuttering. Watching normal TV screen will just blank out for a second or so.
Remote - what the heck?
Google assistant is useless. I say "phillies' and it has no clue. Comcast remote gives me a schedule of upcoming games.
I have enhanced DVR. With comcraptic I could pause live TV, go downtown to get a pizza come back and resume whatever I was watching. Remote has no options for pause, rewind or fast forward
Seems like Fios is a decade behind.

OK. Worked with tech support and they reset something and that took care of the blackout issue
Also informed me the remote does fast forward/reverse and pause. It's just not labeled as such

If you look at the back of the Verizon set top box, is there a coaxial cable connector? The newer set top boxes do not have the connector and utilize a Wi-Fi connection to a router to receive content.

I'm not sure what that has to do with anything I said?
And you're right. It looks like there's the HDMI going to the TV and what looks like a USB-C connector

You have the new stream boxes. The first thing to do is power-cycle the router, then the Fios box. Completely remove power to them for at least 3 minutes, then power back up. If that doesn't help, look at the diagnostics pages in the menu:

OK, powered down for 5 minutes. Then restarted router, let it come all the way back up.
then the media box. Then the set top box. All are back up. But now the black outs are happening more often.
There's also no DVR controls one the remote.
