Our Fios service died the other day and we lost TV, internet and landline phones. A service rep came over the next day and told us we had very old equipment and that he needed to replace it all. He did and then left. Well it seems during the upgrade we lost some channels that we loved and without warning. So channels like Turner Classic Movies and Gameshow networks are not coming through(others too). If we go the channel it says we aren't subscribed. What is going on? Why did we lose channels we love right after the hardware upgrade?

It seems like the change in equipment (the ONT?) also resulted in a change in the cable television package.
A Verizon agent can check to see what, if any, account changes were made.
