Verizon has been trying to send me a new set top box or whatever they are called now for months. The last time they said it was sent February 25 and should be here by March 11. Well once again nope. Verizon did call to see if it arrived and said give it a day or two. The tracking number never works.

Verizon said they were going to call March 13 at 11:30 am to see if the set top box arrived. No call and of course no set top box. We are supposed to get a $100 gift card too but it is not looking good.

Call the billing department, and if that doesn't help, ask for the retention department.
