My Apps on TV

I can't reorder the apps (netflix, prime, PBS, Roku, etc) that are listed in the My Apps bar. I get the 'move' feature to appear, move the app to another location on the bar, and then save it.  However, the app then moves back to it's former location, as though it wasn't saved. This is happening after the firmware update of 12/18/2024. Prior to that, I was able to reorder the apps without issue.

I followed the procedure above with negative results - issue is still not resolved. I selected the app to move,  moved it so it would be the lead app in My Apps, highlighted 'save' and pressed OK to save it in its new location. The screen seemed to refresh, but the app then appeared in its original location - the move was not saved. Tried with Netflix, PBS, Roku - all returned to their original location after being moved.

I posted in another thread on this, tech says the save only works for on-demand for now. It is going to apply universally in the next update. Watch for firmware ver2.0.

Sounds like a bug to me. I'll run it by tech tomorrow.

Same exact thing with me. After the update the apps were rearranged, and now I can't order them the c way I want.

This is from tech:

To move an App on the row by pressing/holding the 'OK' button on the remote. Can it be confirmed if users are taking that action, moving the app and then pressing down on the remote d-pad followed by an 'OK' press to save their changes.  As a side note, the Apps were put back to the 'default positions' with the 1.3 upgrade, but the move feature appears to be working fine.

If it still doesn't work please post here. Thanks.
