My DVR no longer records and my guide no longer works. This has been happening for over 2 months. Tried restarting all my Fios set tops, routers, etc. multiple times. I tried do a guide fix through the app and that doesn't work. The Fios chat is horrible. Please help I can not use my Fios service and I am still being build monthly for it.

Have you had any issues with internet service? Have you checked ALL coax connections in the system, by unscrewing and screwing them back in? Did you try replacing ALL the splitters in the system with new MoCa 2.0 certified splitters?
