Netflix App Not Loading after selecting User Profiles

The Netflix app will stick on a spinning circle after selecting a user profile. As the circle spins, the slide show of Netflix's offerings for this profile will scroll.
I recently replaced the Fios One set top box due to another issue, and this Netflix issue persists.

Go here and go to page two, then press OK to refresh the Netflix app:
Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > System Information
