Has anyone else found the new Fios TV box to make channel changing clunky and delayed, and the remote that comes with it to be terribly designed? The remote is way too small to fit in one's hands, the numbers are in the wrong place, and it just doesn't do enough. Is there a remote that works with the new boxes that I can buy? Will someone from Verizon send me a new one (even better)? Also, and maybe I'm the only one who feels this way, but I really miss having a CLOCK on my set top box.

Haven't had clocks in the last 2 series of boxes, buy a cheap one. Yes, many people have no love for the new equipment. Look around here and you'll find a lot of complaint threads.
