New Fios TV

Question

I just upgraded to 2 Gig internet. That included new STB’s. They have a new remote and a new interface. The Last button on the old remote brought up a rail with the last several channels. The new one just flips back and forth between 2 channels.

Is there a way to get the multi channel rail back?

Looks like you have to go to the home screen, then scroll down to last watched programs. I don't think there is a single key shortcut for what you want to do anymore. there also may be something in the Android settings, but I don't have the new boxes so I can't check for you.

I think you’re right, no more one button ‘last watched rail’. The new interface is going to take some getting used to.  The ‘last watched’ thing is a minus, but there seem to be a lot of improvements, like seamless integration of streaming apps like Prime, Netflix, etc. One major improvement is that the new remote is RF, which means I no longer have to point it at my SONOS sound bar to control the volume!
