1 month in using these new STBs and I am not happy with them. Main box takes anywhere from 30 sec to more than a minute to start up, just get the red light. Then there is the constant buffering of the channel while in use. Commercials will just pixelated and freeze which isn’t necessarily a bad thing if I didn’t have flip through channels to get it to work again. Overall, just unhappy with these boxes, considering I HAD to upgrade to them.

You may want to get one of these to get a better connection to your Fios box:

Another month in and the problem still remains. I have the MoCA adapter and this has not changed anything. I have reset the system enough times. I am tired of these VMS errors. Last call for the tech to show up and fix it or I guess I look to cut the cord.
