Why is there no dedicated exit button on the remote. Do I really have to use the back button to get back to live TV? To make it worse you literally have to go back through every screen. Is there an option for a different remote? Not having an exit button doesn’t make sense.

If you have the Fios One boxes you can just get the legacy remote and use that. If you have the new Fios+ boxes you have to get the USB to IR adapter from Fios and also get the legacy remote.
I subscribe to Fios One (legacy cable television service).
The remote control does have an exit button.
I am not familiar with Fios Plus hardware, so I can't comment on that.
