On the new VMS On screen caller ID is missing and so is the ability to only display favorites channels

Question

I just had a technician install the new VMS system.

Has the on Screen Caller ID function been eliminated ? I cannot ind it and it has not been displaying on my TV

Also I have been unable to find any method of having the guide show me only the Favorites Channels. Selecting a channel as a favorite appears only to add a filled in heart to the channel,  which is uselss if you have to scroll through every channel (subscribed & All) seem to be the only options.

open up the program guide and use the left arrow button.   It will allow you to select favorites for your channel guide.    To make it permanent go in your settings and there is a filter setting you can set to favorites
