Since it's impossible to get somebody from Verizon to provide any customer support whatsoever, I have no option but to continue to scream in the community forums in the hope that somebody somewhere might decide to provide a teeny bit of service.
I have a subscription which is supposed to provide a DVR. When I go to the my FiOS app it says that the DVR doesn't exist hasn't been set up and there's no equipment there.
I so miss Xfinity. Everything about them was head and shoulders better than Verizon. Better software, better apps, better service, from top to bottom a superior company and a superior service.
I will wait a day or two before I begin to complain with the consumer financial protection bureau and all other federal or state regulators about the fact that Verizon is charging me for services which they're not providing - while not providing any avenue whatsoever for me to explain the issue and ask if they can address it.
