PBS app not working on Fios as if about two weeks ago. Is this a PBS problem or Fios?

PBS app not working on Fios as of about 1-2 weeks ago. Is this a PBS problem or Verizon?

Sounds like you have the new streaming boxes right? If so I think you have to go to the settings icon at the top (the Gear), and scrolll down to apps on this device. I think you can delete them from there. Or you may be able to go to the apps menu, choose Google Store and download the PBS app again.

Did you try un-installing and re-installing the app?

Tried to delete and reinstall. When I try to open app there’s just a constant spinning wheel. Can’t get past it and don’t see another way to delete
