We recently got the new Fios TV+ boxes, VMS and router (not by choice) and it has been awful. It's constantly glitchy, the picture and sound is constantly mismatched , and frequently our DVR won’t load what’s recorded. It is disappointing to me how bad this experience has been. We’ve already tried a new box and even hardwiring them back to coax cable and still nothing is better. The chat bots are completely unhelpful and getting through to the right person on the phone is a nightmare. We actually want to keep Verizon but am ready to just cut the cord if this is not resolved immediately. How do I get through to make an appointment for someone to actually come help?
