Is there a procedure to follow to copy recordings on a media server and 'paste' them into the new media recorder?
There appears to be USB slot on the front of my old media server. Is this part of the procedure? Is it automated when the thumb drive is inserted? (can hope)
I'm upgrading from an old server - VMS1100 - to the latest server - VMS4100ATV.

I do not believe there is a way to copy over recordings from one box to the other. The USB port is for diagnostics, not external drives.
