Problems with subscribed channels.

I recently installed a new Fios One 4100VMS STB three days ago and I am paying for the More Fios TV plan. When I try to watch a channel I am supposed to be subscribed to, it shows as Not Subscribed. Trying to troubleshoot it through the STB gives me an "unable to process request" message, and a message saying "our records show that this channel is not included in current package" even though my package includes the channels. It does this with every channel I am supposed to be subscribed to. The only channels that work are the locals and the PEG channels. However, I get these channels on my Fios TV Mobile app. I talked with support about this issue and all they say is that there's an "outage" in my area, however family who have Fios TV who live a few blocks away receive the same channels without issue, and this "outage" has apparently been going on since January without any updates at all and an estimated repair time that only keeps being pushed back, as well as the actual website saying there are no service outages and that TV services should be working in my area which makes me doubt that it is in fact an outage or physical problem. Could this be a billing or STB activation issue? Any advice on what this can be would be nice and any steps that get me closer to fixing this would be helpful.
