Hello all.
I keep getting an error message to tighten the coax cable on the set top box.
I’ve swapped the coax cable and HDMI cable and still get the message.
No live TV and the side of the screen says undefined with a broken image.
I’ve tried resetting everything and still nothing.
Any ideas?

Check ALL the coax connections from the ONT to the splitter and from the splitter to anything else connected. Try power cycling the entire system starting with the router. You could also have a bad splitter in the system. If none of that works try running a coax cable directly from the TV to the splitter, bypassing the one in the wall if possible.
