Set top box dead

My Fios set top box has gone completely dead. Spent two hours on the phone a few weeks ago reporting problems with it going out sporadically, but when finally reached someone to test it, it had started working. Has been going out many times per day since, but has come back and I didn’t want to invest more time. Now is completely out and and the online page I was using just timed out with test 99 percent done
