TV studders when FF or Rewinding DVR programing. It is not all the time but if you are FF through commercials and went to far so you hit Rewind, the sound is regular but the picture skips.

Did you try powercycling the system? also try this:

The studder happen after rewind (and sometimes fast forward ) when you return to play.

Does it happen with all the boxes in the house, or just one? If it is a mini, is it connected via coax, ethernet or WiFi?
I only have one box connected via coaxial cable.
