It has been months since I upgraded my Fios, for which I was promised $200 in Target gift cards . They sent me a link to get the cards, but it went nowhere. I called and texted several times…promised me a quick fix but it never happened. So I also see I’m not the only one that this happened too . Has anyone gotten their cards? If so how did you go it ? It seems more like a trick to use us than anything else.

You need to call billing and get it straightened out. Also someone here might escalate this to a rep.
