When I attempt to sign in to an app on my smart TV using the provider sign on, the authentication fails. I have attempted this on two different TV sets (LG and Samsung, if it matters).
I am able to select FIOS from the provider list and input my credentials.
When I do so, I get an error.
Please advise.
Call billing and have them re-authorize your account.
