VMS Connection failed on Fios TV

Just recently got Fios TV. Have had Verizon Fios internet for a 10+ years. The TV tech had to switch out my router (said the previous Verizon router wasn't compatible).  Got 3 set up box for 3 TVs. One TV continues to have "VMS is not connected" error message. Network status says 'success'.

I reboot, power down, over and over. No change.

What is the issue?

Which boxes do you have? The older 4100 or the new stream boxes?

By power down are you actually unplugging power to the boxes and router or just turning off power? You have to remove the power cord to all the devices for at least 3 minutes, then start with the router power. When stable power the ATV box, then any minis. Also check any coax connections by removing and tightening them back up. If that doesn't work you may have a bad VMS box or a bad splitter.

Did the power down at 11am following steps above. VMS has been working without issues for appx 5 hours. Hopefully this is permanent fix. Thank you!
