We have had Verizon Fios cable TV for at least 15-20 years. Had to switch out our old reliable boxes, router, the works. We have had nothing but issues with FIOS TV ever since, constant problems - reliability is pitiful. Now it’s issues with VMS. I see postings out here about multiple customer service requests, switching out routers (hey Verizon we are using the one you gave us and said it’s compatible). My hubby wants to cancel it all, telling me our other streaming services will give me all my channels and for less $ and great reliability. Anybody else thinking of switching? I am nervous to change from something I am used to but can’t deal with these constant issues.
